We want you to love your purchase from Circle Author. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

All returns are eligible for store credit only—no refunds will be issued.

Exchanges

Circle Author does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for store credit and place a new order for the preferred item(s).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@circleauthor.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
